TODAY'S TIP IS SPONSORED BY JEWELERS MUTUAL

YOUR TIP FOR MARCH 13, 2012

When you pull out that special branded piece, make it a show.

HOW? Harry Freidman suggests covering the the piece with a cloth and gently polishing it as you talk about the features and how special it will make the recipient feel to own a piece like this every time it's worn.

WHY? Build the anticipation of actually seeing the piece that you're describing. Cradle it in your hands as if it's worth a million dollars before presenting it with outstretched arms to your client.
