
Annoyed by that Gen Y customer who keeps texting in your store? Get over it.
WHY? It’s the way the younger generation interacts – they view texting/chatting/WhatsApp communications in much the same way as spoken exchanges. And besides, they’ve already done their research on your store before coming in. This isn’t going to affect whether you get the sale or not.
HOW? Reassure yourself with the knowledge that the customer wouldn’t b in your store if you didn’t have something that interested her. So, Chill, dude!
