YOUR TIP FOR NOVEMBER 28, 2011
Going to a big party? Why don't you host a pre-party?
HOW? Keith Ferrazzi, co-author of Never Eat Alone, suggests calling five people you know who are going to the big event and inviting them to meet at your place so you can go together. “Use this pre-party get-together to ensure you connect with some of your top targets for the night,” Ferrazzi says. You can even offer to be the designated driver.

WHY? It’s party season. A small pre-party can help you get better networking results.
