More than 15,000 e-mails were sent to members of MVI's Jewelry Industry Opinion Council and request subscribers to INSTORE magazine. All e-mails were sent by MVI marketing, with no notification of INSTORE's involvement in the survey. A donation was made to the Jewelers for Children Charity on behalf of each respondent.
