Participation Friday: Terrible Advertisements

PARTICIPATION FRIDAY is back. This week we want to talk about terrible advertisements.

I have seen some pretty awful, downright terrible ads over the years. The gallery below shows advertisements that in retrospect seem pretty terrible — all the bases are covered: sexism, fear-mongering, anti-public health and ridiculousness.

Check them out, and then let us know: What's the worst advertisement you've run at your store? (Or, feel free to include links to other terrible ads from other companies).

If you have a good one, feel free to share! As always, anonymity is allowed. Let's hear those stories! Send me an email at:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or leave a comment below.

I'll run the top ones on Monday.
